Once you have read hostel reviews and picked the hostel you wish to stay in, this is where to come to find out what to do next!

Seen as the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands, Airlie Beach is a vibrant town with loads to do. Like Surfers Paradise, Airlie Beach is a resort, just not as tacky. Airlie has one main road called the Shute Harbour Road. A wide range of bars, tour operators and restaurants line this road. One thing that Airlie Beach doesn't have, however, is a good beach. The only beach here is fairly small and a bit of a disappointment, considering the name of the town.
